With our new team of Executive Chef Tim Whitestyles & Sous Chef Kellie Simm, their seasonal menus and individual experiences will ensure your dining experience will match your stay.

Evening dining Monday to Saturday, together with buffet breakfasts daily, you are ensured of being looked after during your stay in Emerald.

Sunday evening we look after our guests with very relaxed alfresco café dining.
